Eligibility: – A Book Ordered On Www.Grbathla.Com Is Eligible For Return In Three Conditions.
Damaged condition.
If the received book is not the same book as ordered by the customer.
The defective book* (a book having missing pages or wrong page sequence) In the above mention cases customer must report us at (grbathlasons@gmail.com) within 15 days of receipt and must submit the return request in our website.
Terms & Conditions For Return
When returning books, they must be in the same condition as they were when delivered. This means there should be no visible damage, writing or marks, highlighting and odor.
Books purchased in shrink-wrap must still be in original wrapping. A copy of the original invoice must accompany with return packet. Ensure that the return packet should be properly packed to avoid damages.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will not be acceptable for refund. Please ensure while generating RAN online, you have the product title name and Invoice number ready with you.
